Owners’ Updated Primer on Alternative Project Delivery Methods

This session will give you a primer on the major Delivery Methods, how they have evolved, and where they are headed in the future.
We will also focus on the Owner’s perspective, and how Owners are attempting to use Alternative Delivery Methods as a tool to minimize their risks (and costs).
We will address:
- Distinctive features of the major Delivery Methods
- Why do these Delivery Methods continue to evolve?
- What do Owners “like” and “dislike” about each Delivery Method?
- The importance of Owners positioning themselves as a “Client of Choice” in every Delivery Method
