SUMMARY:Project Partnering: A Way to Reduce Claims & Disputes
DESCRIPTION:Project partnering is one of the most effective tools in the construction management process used to deliver successful projects — that complete on time\, in budget\, safely\, with the specified quality\, and no outstanding disputes end of job.
