DESCRIPTION:Change orders are inevitable on construction projects. They act as a safety relief valve for both owners and contractors over the course of construction. While changes cannot be stopped all together\, they can\, and must\, be managed\, for the benefit of both the owner and the contractor\, to enable delivery of successful projects on time and within budget.
